About this speaker

Dandan launched her agency recruitment career at age 23 and fell in love with the business as a full desk headhunter building out a technical market from scratch focusing on a niche within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

By earning high commissions, obsessively saving, and investing aggressively, something she calls “The Millionaire Trifecta”, Dandan reached financial independence at 28 to become a full-time entrepreneur.

Now, she owns her own recruitment firm, DG Recruit (est. 2018), servicing top billers and recruitment agencies.

Additionally, she is a speaker and trainer for Agency Recruitment Academy (est. 2024). You can also buy her book on the agency recruitment industry called Agency Recruitment 101 to learn more about the business model, various commission plans firms offer, and deep industry insights.
