Sharon Bondurant

As the multi-award-winning owner of Arizona’s leading recruiting firm The Finders, Sharon is living proof that passion and persistence pay off. When her firstborn son was born in 1998, she wanted the freedom and flexibility of being her own boss, and was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. She launched The Finders from her bedroom floor with a FAX, a phone book, and a stack of index cards, and over the last 25 years, she’s grown The Finders into an INC 5000 firm that has impacted over 5000 careers and generated over 42 million in revenue.

Today, her mission is to help entrepreneurs and small recruiting firm owners become true CEOs of their life and businesses. She completely transformed her traditional staffing firm model earlier this year into an innovative, nationwide brokerage model in which solo recruiters can build their own business within the walls of her firm, The Finders.
